Poet Laureate of Kansas (2023-2026) and Poet-in-Residence at the Guggenheim (2025). She is author 5 collections of poetry: Love Prodigal (Copper Canyon, 2024), Come the Slumberless to the Land of Nod, Saudade, Our Lady of the Ruins, and Rookery. Her nonfiction debut, The Grief Artist, will be out from Sarabande in 2026.
